Our most recent trip was to collect mica near Cleator, AZ. We found huge books of mica in a pegmatite. My wife Dell and I have four daughters and six grandchildren. My favorite vacation was to the Grand Canyon where I rafted the Colorado River from Lee’s Ferry to Diamond Creek. My favorite sport is football and my favorite food is Asian.

Jerry,
Thanks for web log to intoduce us to chinese culture. Could you find me a Chmn Mao money clip? I think that would be an interesting blend of the old and new.
Howard and I had a great time over lunch yesterday. Have fun on the T plateau! Wish I could see it!

Hey JBob! Looks like you are have a great time and see all the sights of Chengdu. I notice in your picture at the antique district that there is an older gentleman in the picture with the basket. He followed me around the area when we visited in 2005. Say hi to Del

Hi Wayne,
Dell and I will be going out to the antique market this thursday. We will look out for a Mao clip. When I get back you will have to fill me in on Leighton.
Hi Lisa and Erin,
I now have 20 Mao pins.
Hi Unknown,
The guy with the basket was GREAT! He helped me bargain. I am going to look for him every time I go there.
